The Delaware Marathon is part of the Delaware Running Festival that also includes a Delaware Half Marathon, 10K and 5K.

Delaware Marathon Route
Based at Tubman Garrett Riverfront Park, Wilmington, runners follow a mixed-terrain one lap course. The first half of the race takes runners on a sometimes hilly (miles 3- 12) journey through downtown Wilmington, via beautiful Brandywine Park, along prestigious parkways and through several historic neighborhoods. The route then continues along the picturesque Jack Markell Trail, returning to the finish line back at Tubman-Garrett Riverfront Park.
