The MO Cowbell Marathon is organised by Partners for Progress of Greater St. Charles. There is also a half marathon, half marathon relay and a 5K race.

MO Cowbell Marathon Route
The race is flat and fast. It starts and finishes in Frontier Park, bordered by the Missouri River on one side and historic Main Street St. Charles on the other. Runners loop around New Town St. Charles before an out-and-back run along the Katy trail.
