The Ogden Marathon is a popular and scenic race. There is also an Ogden Half Marathon race as well as a 5K.

Ogden Marathon Route
The route is point to point, downhill, with a net elevation loss of 1,091 feet.

The race starts from just below Red Rock Outfitters Ranch, 8 miles east of Huntsville on Highway 39 and finishes on Historic 25th Street. The route takes runners along the side of the Ogden River, around Pineview Reservoir and into Ogden Canyon. There will be spectacular views of pine covered slopes and steep rock faces encountered along the way as well as quaint homes along the river's edge.
