The Garmin Olathe Marathon is the highlight of a day of running in Olathe. Other races taking place are a half marathon and a 10K.

Garmin Olathe Marathon Route
The marathon route follows a flat and fast course. It starts with a long flat-to-downhill section heading north along residential Ridgeview Road. Runners continue through residential areas for the first half of the race. The race then changes to follow a trail. This continues until mile 25 where runners turn onto 151st Street, pass Olathe South High School and cross the finish line.
