Running from an Angel Marathon

The Running from an Angel Marathon is organised by the Calico Racing running group. As well as a marathon there is a 5K, half marathon and 50 mile race.

Running from an Angel Marathon Route
The course is out and back with impressive scenery. It is run completely on pavement.

The Running From an Angel Marathon is run completely inside the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. It starts and finishes at the Boulder Beach Special Events Beach. The route is continual rolling hills including long gradual ascents and descents ranging from 1-8% in gradient. Some shorter hills are a bit steeper.

* Entry Fee : $85 (until 25 Dec), $90 (until Jan 5), $100 (Expo/Race Day)

* Charities : The Running from an Angel Marathon supports Big Cat Rescue.
