The San Juan Island Marathon is run at San Juan Island's Lakedale Resort in conjunction with the Three Lakes Triathlon. There is also a San Juan Island Half Marathon as well as a 10K race.

San Juan Island Marathon Route
Based at San Juan Island's Lakedale Resort, runners follow a scenic, moderately hilly road race through two National Parks, a State Park and a County Park.
