Florida's oldest marathon, the Space Coast Marathon was first run in 1972. Because of the loacation, the event is very much based on the theme of space.

Space Coast Marathon Route
The Space Coast Marathon takes place in the shadow of the Kennedy Space Center. It is a waterfront course with a strong space theme.
