Florida's oldest marathon, the Space Coast Marathon was first run in 1972. Inspired by the location, the event is very much based on the theme of space.

Space Coast Marathon Route
The Space Coast Marathon takes place in the shadow of the Kennedy Space Center. It is a waterfront course with a strong space theme. The race starts in beautiful Cocoa Village and finishes at Riverfront Park.
