The Catalina Island Marathon is California's Oldest Trail Marathon. It is a stunningly scenic race run on some of the most breathtaking trails you will ever see. Other races taking place as part of the same event include the Catalina Island 10k and Catalina Island 5k.

Catalina Island Marathon Route
Runners start at Catalina Harbor. They will follow a beautifully scenic, but rugged course on the roads and trails of the interior of Catalina Island. The route is hilly, with some steep inclines, including a 1500 feet rise over the first two miles, and the notorious "Catalina Crush" at mile 19. Runners will be cheered over the finish line in Avalon.
