The Glass City Marathon is part of the Run Toledo Race Weekend that also includes a kids' marathon as well as marathon relay, half marathon and 5K races.

Glass City Marathon Route
The route is run smooth paved roads that have very little elevation. This should help make for a fast race.

The race starts from the center of the University of Toledo campus. Runners are then directed through surrounding neighborhoods and onto a nearby bike trail. The route is notably scenic, going via Olander Park and the statue of Sy Mah before returning to the University campus and finishing in the impressive Glass Bowl Stadium.
