The Hoover Dam Marathon, because of its visually stunning course, receives much praise and is often described as a "must-do" marathon.

Hoover Dam Marathon Route
The race is undulating, run on paved and packed dirt trails entirely removed from vehicular traffic.

Runners start and finish at Lake Mead's Boulder Beach. While running they will pass through stunning scenery, including the Mojave Desert and Historic Railroad Tunnel Trail and enjoy many amazing sights such as the Hoover Dam and Bypass Bridge.
