The Wyoming Marathon & Double Marathon are held on Memorial Day weekend. Other race options are 5K and half marathon.

Wyoming Marathon & Double Marathon Route
The Wyoming Marathon route is especially hilly, being located in the mountains between Laramie and Cheyenne. The track is mainly dirt/gravel roads, with about a 6 miles section alongside the I-80. There are three challenging hills to contend with, and almost no flat stretches to the course. Starting at 8700, the route drops to 8,000 by 4-5 miles, after which you ascend almost the same height at the 7 mile point before descending to 8,000. Runners then turn around and head back toward the start/finish.

Anyone feeling particularly energetic can when they have completed 26.2 miles can turn around and run the hills again.

* Pasta Party : A Pasta Dinner will be at 4-6pm on Saturday, May 26 at the Little America Hotel. Tickets cost £15 in advance, and $20 on the door.
